I've been asked for the last couple of month to lead an IT department. Besides all the usual security issues that have to be dealt with, one is particularly difficult for me: the proliferation of personal mobile devices connected to the company's lan or applications such as CRM, Google Apps, Time Sheet, etc. I'm also tasked with updating the security manual.
